He has been responsible for the overall HR activities, including recruitment, development, revitalization, placement, and corporate culture as a Managing Executive Officer, CHO of CyberAgent, Inc. He has written several books, including “Creative HR”and “Tsuyomi O Ikasu" (literally translated as “take advantage of one’s strength").
Career
Graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Humanities, Department of English Literature. Mr. Soyama Joined CyberAgent, Inc. in 1999. He had been in charge of sales management of the internet advertising division before he became the HR director in 2005.
